This Privacy & Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) outlines how NP Collaborator LLC, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and brands (“NP Collaborator”) (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our”) gathers, utilizes, manages, and shares your personal information. It also explains our privacy practices. Your use of NP Collaborator’s websites and services is subject to our Terms of Use (“Terms”). If any discrepancy arises between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms will take precedence.
Scope of the Policy This Policy contains various components that may apply differently based on factors such as your location. The Policy is applicable to any individual or entity that interacts with our Sites (as defined in the Terms) or provides any personal information to NP Collaborator. If you do not or cannot agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use our Sites.
By accessing our Sites or providing information to NP Collaborator in any manner, you agree to this Policy. We may revise this Policy periodically at our sole discretion. Note that this Policy does not apply to information shared in public forums where it may be visible or accessible to third parties.

You understand and agree that NP Collaborator may use, share, or disclose your information for various purposes, including but not limited to providing you with access to our services and Sites, customizing your experience, processing sales or payments, managing accounts, and for marketing or advertising purposes (including sponsored content by third-party businesses). We do not control these third parties and do not make any representations or warranties regarding their practices.
Specific Provisions:
US-Based Users – Do Not Track Requests: NP Collaborator does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” requests but may do so in the future.
Minors Under the Age of 18: As stated in our Terms, by using our Sites, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal authority to agree to this Policy. We do not knowingly collect or retain information from children under 13 years old, nor do we use such information for marketing purposes. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information to us.
California Residents: This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with our Sites or use our Services, including California residents.
