Dr. Anokh S. is a board-certified general psychiatrist with broad clinical experience spanning skilled nursing facilities, inpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, outpatient care, and community mental health. In his current role with Post Acute Behavioral Health, he provides geriatric-focused psychiatric services in SNFs, integrating evidence-based medication management with behavioral interventions and close coordination with nursing, therapy, and medical teams. Dr. Anokh S.’s prior experience includes serving as an inpatient psychiatrist with the California Medical Facility, providing psychiatric consultation for emergency departments and hospital medical floors through Mindcare Solutions, and conducting TMS evaluations and mapping for Zion Health.
