Dr. Renee W. is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. After completing her MD degree at The Chicago Medical School, she trained in Adult Psychiatry at New York Medical College and further specialized through a two-year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Her clinical expertise includes: Developmental Disorders Disruptive Behavior Disorders Mood Disorders in Childhood and Adolescence Collaborative Care in Inpatient and Outpatient Settings Dr. Renee W has extensive experience collaborating with and supervising Nurse Practitioners, fostering their growth and success in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her dedication to education extends to her time as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, where she mentored fellows, residents, and medical students. Dr. Renee W is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting her NP colleagues in delivering the highest quality of psychiatric care.
