As a Medical Director with a diverse and robust background in aesthetic medicine, primary care, and areas of psychiatry my approach combines comprehensive patient care with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration. I have extensive experience in and training of NPs in aesthetic medicine, where I emphasize the importance of patient-centered care while ensuring safety and efficacy in treatments such as injectables, skincare, sexual health, weight loss, BHRT, STEM CELL procedures, as well as all minimally invasive body contouring procedures. In primary care I offer a holistic, evidence-based approach to managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and overall wellness. In psychiatry I have extensive experience in ADHD, MDD and GAD. My approach to collaborating with nurse practitioners is centered on mutual respect and open communication. I actively support NP-led practices by fostering an environment of trust, where NPs are empowered to provide high-quality care to patients. I share my enthusiasm for leadership, mentoring NPs, and providing ongoing training in areas like patient assessment, in treatments.
