Gunjan K​,​ MD

Dr. Gunjan K. is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine with more than a decade of clinical experience as a hospitalist, consultant, and educator. She has a strong background in acute and chronic disease management, geriatric care, palliative medicine, and behavioral health, and has served in both inpatient and outpatient settings across multiple hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Texas and New York. Currently, Dr. Gunjan K. serves as a Hospitalist at Medical City Denton and a Consultant Physician at Horizon Medical Center and Select Rehabilitation Center, where she provides comprehensive internal medicine and geriatric care. She has previously worked with Baylor Medical Center and Premier Inpatient Management, offering both direct patient care and telemedicine services to behavioral health facilities. Her academic foundation includes residency and fellowship training at Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York, where she also contributed to the education of interns and Columbia University medical students.
