Since 2005, I have worked closely with physician assistants and nurse practitioners in collaborative, collegial relationships, supporting their success in both clinical care and independent practice. I take a supportive approach, helping providers navigate the complexities of practice ownership, compliance and quality assurance while fostering professional autonomy. My experience in both internal and procedure-oriented medicine allows me to offer experience-based guidance tailored to evolving patient and practice needs.
