He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center (Weill Cornell) in New York, where he served as Chief Academic Resident. He also completed Internal Medicine training at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Dr. R. has held leadership roles including ED Medical Director and Director of Research at a major residency program. His background spans diverse environments—from high-volume trauma centers to virtual care and ICU medicine—where he has consistently worked alongside nurse practitioners, offering support, supervision, and mentorship. Known for his team-based approach, Dr. R. values collaboration, clear communication, and clinical excellence. He is actively involved in medical education and professional societies including ACEP and SAEM.
