He brings a holistic and integrative approach to care, shaped by over a decade of clinical leadership, academic teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Currently serving as Medical Director for UF Health Total Care Clinic and UF Health Urban Health Alliance, Dr. Q. also holds a faculty role at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He has worked extensively with nurse practitioners in both academic and clinical settings, mentoring them in primary care, sports medicine, osteopathic techniques, and non-opioid pain management. Dr. Q. is known for blending evidence-based medicine with hands-on healing modalities to support patients with musculoskeletal pain, concussion recovery, chronic conditions, and performance optimization. His prior roles include Program Director, Team Physician, and Course Director at multiple academic institutions.
