Dr. Jana C. is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive training in psychiatry, internal medicine, and behavioral health. She is recognized for her commitment to patient-centered care, academic excellence, and mentorship of healthcare professionals. Dr. Jana C. earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine, graduating with high honors as a scholarship recipient. She also holds a Master of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology from Rutgers University/UMDNJ, where she was awarded a full scholarship, and pursued doctoral-level studies in physiology and biology before transitioning fully into medicine. She completed residency training in psychiatry at Community Health of South Florida, Inc., where she served as Chief Resident, following her initial training in internal medicine at Florida State University/Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. Currently, Dr. Jana C. serves as Medical Director at Mava Behavioral Health and as Lead Psychiatrist with Orbit Health Telepsychiatry. She also provides outpatient telepsychiatry services through E-Psychiatry.com and has held leadership and clinical roles with multiple behavioral health organizations, including Success TMS and Pasithea Therapeutics. In addition, she is actively involved in teaching and mentoring, serving as a preceptor for psychiatric nurse practitioners and physician assistants through programs such as Brightside, LifeSource, and Signify Health.
