He is currently based in Texas, where he serves as Service Line Chief and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital through The University of Texas McGovern School of Medicine. Dr. Luis F. completed his medical degree and psychiatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he also served as Chief Resident.
