Board-Certified Psychiatrist | Women’s Mental Health & Outpatient Care Dr. Ariana K is a board-certified psychiatrist with a strong focus on women’s mental health, outpatient psychiatric care, and teaching. She owns and operates her own outpatient psychiatry practice in Louisiana, and also serves as Adjunct Faculty Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Tulane University School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. K cared for veterans as an Attending Psychiatrist at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, where she was recognized as a Women’s Mental Health Champion for three consecutive years. Her clinical and academic background includes extensive experience in first-episode psychosis, perinatal depression, and ADHD, supported by research roles at Massachusetts General Hospital and numerous peer-reviewed publications. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. K combines evidence-based psychiatry with a patient-centered, collaborative approach. She is passionate about mentoring NPs and supporting team-based care in both academic and private practice settings.
