I have 25 years of clinical experience, including serving as the director of a psychiatric unit and a psychiatric emergency room for 10 years, director of an ECT service for 5 years, and maintaining an outpatient adult psychopharmacology and consultation practice for 20 years. I taught psychiatry and psychopharmacology for 15 years as a medical school professor, including conducting clinical research on new drug therapies and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
