I have been collaborating with nurse practitioners since 2016 in various forms of clinical practices. Some of these fields include: health risk assessments, ketamine infusions, IV hydration, weight loss, pain management, aesthetics, opioid use disorder, and testosterone replacement. I have extensive experience in setting up PC/PLLC ownership as well as legal compliance with an MSO and MSA and have legal counsel to assist. I am a firm believer in assisting nurse practitioners in achieving their business goals as well as maintaining state requirements for the collaborative relationship. I aim to foster a business relationship that allows the nurse practitioner to practice to the fullest extent of their training and scope of practice.
